Our mission is to provide trusted, personalized service that enhances comfort, safety, and design of your home.
President & Co-Owner
Paul is President of East TN Renovations, LLC and a co-owner of the LLC. He has over 37 years of experience in construction and over 25 years managing construction companies. He prides himself in years long relationships with clients.
Office Manager & Co-Owner
Pam is the Office Manager of East TN Renovations, LLC and a co-owner of the LLC. She has over 34 years of experience managing offices and in customer service. She believes building relationships with clients, vendors, and the ETR team is important to providing quality customer service.
Vice President
Kyle is Vice President of East TN Renovations, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He has learned from his father, Paul, and through school. He is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
Marketing Manager
Alyssa is our Marketing Manager. She has a Masters of Business Administration and over five years of experience in the customer service industry. She would love to connect with you on our social media pages.
